1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the h58qr online gaming platform accessible at https://h58qr.cam and all associated services, applications, and content.
• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to h58qr, the operator of the Platform.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers an account with, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a User into their Account for the purpose of wagering on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process by which a User requests transfer of funds from their Account balance to their designated payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives offered by h58qr to Users subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a User must wager a Bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash.
• "Games" refers to all sports betting markets, live casino games, slot machines, togel (lottery), and other gaming products available on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the h58qr Platform, creating an Account, making a Deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided by h58qr, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use the h58qr Platform and participate in gaming activities, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. h58qr strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be operated by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Geographic Location: You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia at the time of accessing the Platform. Use of VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• Account Limitation: You may open and maintain only one Account on the h58qr Platform. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual (whether directly or through relatives, associates, or affiliates) are strictly forbidden.
• Legal Compliance: Your use of the Platform must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in online gaming activities is legal in your location.
• Non-Exclusion: You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the h58qr Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.

h58qr reserves the right to refuse service, close Accounts, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion if we determine that any eligibility requirement is not met or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Account Registration

To access full gaming services on the h58qr Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Create a unique username and secure password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Complete identity verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) procedures when requested, which may include submitting copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian National ID/KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months), and a verification selfie.
• Notify h58qr immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

h58qr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account if we determine that information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete, or if identity verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. We also reserve the right to request additional verification documentation at any time.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to ensure the security of the Platform, all Users must complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process typically requires submission of:

1. Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
2. Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the last 90 days and displaying your name and residential address.
3. Verification Selfie: A clear photograph of yourself holding your ID document next to your face.

Verification typically takes between 1-24 hours. During peak periods, processing may extend to 48 hours. You will receive email confirmation once your Account is verified.

5. Deposits and Payments

h58qr accepts deposits via multiple payment methods tailored for Indonesian players, including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for certain payment methods or promotional offers.
• Maximum Deposit: Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status. Standard users may deposit up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; VIP users may have higher limits.
• Processing Time: Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1-5 minutes. In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours due to payment provider delays.
• Account Name Matching: Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name as registered with h58qr. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in deposits being returned and potential Account suspension.
• No Chargebacks: All deposits are final. You may not dispute, reverse, or chargeback any deposit transaction once funds have been credited to your Account.

Deposit Fees

h58qr does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

You may request withdrawal of funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Standard users may withdraw up to Rp 25,000,000 per transaction and Rp 100,000,000 per month. VIP members may have higher limits.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-24 hours. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 48 hours.
• Account Verification Required: You must complete full KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. This is a standard security and anti-money laundering measure.
• Bonus Wagering Completion: Any active Bonuses must meet their wagering requirements before associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for detailed Bonus terms.

Withdrawal Fees

h58qr does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month may incur a processing fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount (minimum Rp 25,000). VIP members receive unlimited fee-free withdrawals.

Anti-Money Laundering

h58qr complies with international anti-money laundering standards. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if we detect unusual activity, multiple accounts, or potential money laundering behavior.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

h58qr offers various Bonuses and promotional offers to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials.

General Bonus Terms

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Users who meet the specific criteria outlined for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the Bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributes 100% on qualifying bets (minimum odds 1.50).
• Maximum Bet Limit: While active Bonus funds are being wagered, the maximum bet per round or event is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this limit may void the Bonus and associated winnings.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period (typically 7-30 days from issuance). Expired Bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: h58qr reserves the right to void Bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, using unfair betting strategies, or otherwise exploiting promotions.

Welcome Bonus Example

New Users who make their first deposit may be eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rp 2,000,000. Terms: minimum deposit Rp 100,000, 30x wagering requirement, 30-day validity period. Full terms available in the promotional materials.

8. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All Users must comply with the rules and regulations governing each Game available on the h58qr Platform. Specific game rules are accessible within each Game interface or upon request from customer support.

Sports Betting Rules

• All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body or league.
• In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, bets will typically be voided unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
• Live betting (in-play) odds are subject to change in real-time. Your bet is confirmed at the odds accepted at the time of placement.
• h58qr reserves the right to void bets if we determine that odds were incorrectly published due to human or technical error.

Casino and Slot Rules

• All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee individual session results.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical error, h58qr will attempt to restore your Account to its state prior to the malfunction.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h58qr Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using multiple accounts or allowing third parties to access your Account.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of fraudulent gameplay.
• Using bots, automated software, or other unfair advantages.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct toward other Users or staff.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, h58qr and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from your gaming activities, whether due to your own decisions, technical errors, or other factors.
• Errors, interruptions, delays, or unavailability of the Platform or any Games.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Third-party payment processor delays, failures, or fees.
• Reliance on information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game outcomes.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform or any of our services is to discontinue use and close your Account.

h58qr provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

h58qr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Bonus abuse.
• Prolonged inactivity (Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy fees).

Upon termination, any remaining Account balance will be returned to you minus any Bonuses, pending wagering requirements, and any fees or amounts owed to h58qr. We reserve the right to withhold funds if we suspect illegal activity or Terms violations.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion options are also available through our Responsible Gaming program.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which h58qr is licensed to operate.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or the relevant licensing authority. Details will be provided upon request.
